To guarantee the quality of our services, all our employees follow the HDB Academy training program
Candidates join this program where they are trained in the latest customer relations tools and your standards, to better convey your values.
Assessments take place throughout the training course, and a final examination is held. Only those candidates who achieve a score of 90% or higher are admitted to the production team.
We evaluate the ability to empathize, respond quickly, handle objections, learn, convince, and meet needs effectively.

Training Courses
From induction training to individual coaching, your external teams have never learned so much
