HDB Solutions was founded in 2016 by Eddy Mimoun, who previously managed the largest 5-star hotel in Paris and is an entrepreneur alumni of Station F. The company quickly became the reference for customer relations in the tourism industry. Faced with high demand and a labor shortage in this sector, HDB Solutions helps fill recruitment needs.

Founder's Insight: "I directed the strategy and reservations at Hôtel du Collectionneur (the largest five-star hotel in France) and preside over the Luxury Revenue Management Club.



One day, I realized that despite investing thousands of euros every month in Google ads, very few visitors ended up making a purchase. In fact, 98% of visitors to a hotel website do not complete their reservation. Visitors are like passersby who enter and leave a store without buying anything. If a passerby is greeted by a consultant who offers assistance, they are more likely to stay. We decided to refocus the customer experience on the strength of our business: Service.
