I realised one day that no matter how much we invested in Google ads each month, very few visitors ended up buying. In fact, 98% of visitors to a hotel website do not complete their reservation. Visitors are like passers-by who enter and leave a shop without buying. If the passer-by is greeted by a consultant who offers to help, they are encouraged to stay. So we decided to refocus the customer experience on the strength of our business: Service.
