HDB Solutions was created in 2016 under the impetus of Eddy Mimoun, previously in charge of the largest 5* hotel in Paris and a Station F alumni entrepreneur, to quickly become the reference in customer relations in the tourism sector. Faced with the high demand and lack of manpower in this sector, HDB Solutions is helping to fill the recruitment needs.

I realised one day that no matter how much we invested in Google ads each month, very few visitors ended up buying. In fact, 98% of visitors to a hotel website do not complete their reservation. Visitors are like passers-by who enter and leave a shop without buying. If the passer-by is greeted by a consultant who offers to help, they are encouraged to stay. So we decided to refocus the customer experience on the strength of our business: Service.
