HDB ACADEMY

To guarantee the quality of our services, all our employees follow the HDB Academy training programme

Candidates join this programme in which they are trained in the latest customer relations tools but also in your standards, to better convey your values.

Assessments take place throughout the training course and a final examination is held. Only those candidates who achieve a score of 90% or higher are admitted to the production team.

We evaluate the ability to be, to be compassionate, to be quick, to deal with objections, to learn, to convince, to respond to needs and not to questions.

Your external collaborators are the best talent on the market and we have verified this.

Training courses

From induction training to individual coaching, your external teams have never learned so much

HDB Solutions provides continuous training for our agents to ensure that knowledge and processes are always in motion.

Our quality coaches model assessments specifically for your assignment to measure compliance with your quality standards.

The supervisors and trainers carry out individual coaching roadmaps and training sessions every week based on the scores obtained.

In total, this represents almost 100 hours of continuous training per year and per employee to challenge performance on a daily basis.
