HDB Solutions was created in 2016 under the leadership of Eddy Mimoun, with more than 15 years of experience in luxury hotels, customer relationships and revenue management, and entrepreneur alumni of Station F. He founded HDB with a strong conviction: to put human exchange back at the heart of the travel journey.
Faced with the growth of the tourism sector and the shortage of qualified talent, HDB is establishing itself as the contact center of reference for travel players, with a premium and tailor-made approach to customer relations.
The company now brings together passionate tourism experts, specialized in customer service management, reservations, strategic advice and operational outsourcing.

The genesis of HDB Solutions
In the field, Eddy Mimoun observes a clear observation: despite high standards, many establishments lack in-depth expertise in customer relations, in particular on reservation services, flow management, the quality of responses and the omnichannel experience.
